اﻟﻨﺺ :
ﺍﻟﻌﻭﻟﻣﺔ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ ﻳﺭﻳﺩ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻔﺭﺽ ﻧﻔﺳﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺟﻣﻳﻊ ، ﺣﻳﺙ ﺍﻗﺗﺭﻥ ﻭﺟﻭﺩﻩ ﺑﺗﺣﻘﻳﻕ ﻣﺻﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻷﻗﻭﻳﺎء .
ﻭ ﺍﻟﺩﻭﻝ ﻭ ﺍﻟﺷﻌﻭﺏ ﺍﻟﺗﻲ ﻻ ﺗﻣﺗﻠﻙ ﺍﻟﻘﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻘﺭﻳﺭ ﻣﺻﻳﺭﻫﺎ ﺑﻳﺩﻫﺎ ﺗﻌﻳﺵ ﺗﺎﺑﻌﺔ ﻟﻐﻳﺭﻫﺎ ، ﻓﺗﻌﻳﺵ ﺍﻷﺣﺩﺍﺙ
ﻭ ﺗﺗﺄﺛﺭ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻭﻻ ﺗﺻﻧﻌﻬﺎ .
ﺍﻟﻌﻭﻟﻣﺔ ﺇﺫﻥ ﺍﺧﺗﻳﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﻗﻭﻳﺎء ﻭ ﻟﻳﺱ ﺑﻭﺳﻊ ﺍﻟﺿﻌﻔﺎء ﻣﺭﺍﺟﻌﺗﻪ ، ﻓﺿﻼ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻭﻗﻭﻑ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺟﻬﻪ . ﻭ ﻋﻣﻭﻣﺎ
ﻓﺎﻥ ﺭﻏﺑﺔ ﺍﻟﺿﻌﻳﻑ ﻻ ﻳﻌﺑﺎ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻘﻭﻱ ﻛﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺇﺭﺍﺩﺗﻪ ﻻ ﺗﻛﻭﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺳﺗﻭﻯ ﺗﻐﻳﻳﺭ ﺃﻱ ﺷﻲء ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻭﺍﻗﻊ
ﻟﺻﺎﻟﺣﻪ . ﻭ ﺇﻥ ﺍﻻﻋﺗﻣﺎﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺗﻘﻭﻗﻊ ﻭﺍﻻﻧﻁﻭﺍء ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺫﺍﺕ ﻛﺎﺳﺗﺭﺗﻳﺟﻳﺎ ﻻ ﻳﺿﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﺣﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺧﺻﻭﺻﻳﺔ
ﺍﻟﻣﺟﺗﻣﻊ ﻭ ﻛﻝ ﺗﻘﻭﻗﻊ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻧﺗﺣﺎﺭ ﺣﻳﺙ ﺍﻻﻧﻁﻭﺍء ﺑﺎﻟﻧﺳﺑﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺑﻠﺩﺍﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﺧﻠﻔﺔ ﻫﻭ ﻋﺑﺎﺭﺓ ﻋﻥ ﺍﺣﺗﻘﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﺿﻌﻑ
